I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at WP Engine (Austin, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
A three-hour process meeting with one to two people at a time for 30-45 minutes each. In general, they asked specific questions to my role and asked about my previous experiences solving some of the challenges they were experiencing. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and everyone was engaged, like they wanted to be there. I met with the CMO as well as folks in support and customer experience. It was truly a cross-team interview process and ultimately, very enjoyable, though very tiring.

How to work collaboratively across teams when a lot of different teams own a single product.
I applied online. I interviewed at WP Engine (Austin, TX)
Interview
Initial phone call from the recruiter who asked basic interview questions. This was followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked extremely basic and entry-level questions which did not correlate to the job description. The text book questions were an insult to the manager level position that was described. I never received any follow up from the company after the in-person interview.
Did one of their parities. Met everyone and thought I would get a call back. Never did. When I asked why, after several attempts , never heard anything. I think they only want 23 year olds willing to work 50 hours a week. Someone with more professional experience may not be a welcome addition.
