WNS Senior Associate Operations interview questions

Interview is not taken seriously, they just ask few basic questions and then the rest is dependent upon their requirements. If you agree to their conditions then you are approved and given the job, if not then they don't take you forward. The salary is also not fairly provided if two people with different experience years are in the race and do get selected they will offer the same package, no matter if your experience is 4 years or 3 years you get same package which for me is slightly unfair.
