I spoke with a person for 30 minutes on the phone. Before that I was asked to rate my proficiency and give examples on a variety of IT topics and skill sets. The phone conversation went well. The interviewer said they had an immediate need to fill the position. The next step would have been a phone call with the interviewers supervisor. I never heard from the company again despite reaching out multiple times for feedback. Three months later the job is still posted on the company's website.
