Interviews involve competency based, general questions. They ask why the candidate is best fit for this position and also ask questions specific to vacancy announcements. Interview concludes with question about salary expectations and when the candidate can start assuming job.

I was interviewed for an HR position, and after the interview, I was asked if personal questions could be asked. I was inquired about my marital status, my parents, and even whether I had a car (no idea why?). It was a strange experience, especially coming from a university that teaches HR.

Interview
For international staff, the hiring process takes the form of a 30/60-minute interview, after which the organization will check your references.
Questions are very specific to the job offer, which is quite misleading, because you will probably end up doing something very different once hired. They might even force your to change to a new position.
