I applied through university. I interviewed at WITHIN in Sept 2018
Interview
The interview has 4 processes — personality test/typing test, data test, phone interview and finally an on-site interview. I made it to the second round and I got an email says that they are moving forward with another candidate.
Two rounds test; one round HR interview: the two rounds test was math, grammar, and data assessment. Questions for the Hr interview was more about your experience and ask about your passion.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WITHIN (New York, NY) in Jun 2023
Interview
1. Apply Online 2. Typing and Aptitude Test 4. Excel Test 3. Behavioral Interview on zoom 4. In-person interview in NYC - situational questions and round circle with 15ish of staff asking personality questions. I found this to be an a long process for an entry level job. They wanted me to come to NYC for an in person interview but I had to pay for everything myself to get there. The in-person interview was about an hour and a half. I felt like this could have been over zoom considering the time, money, and effort I spent flying there. In the end I didn't take the job because I read some reviews that they do not have a great work-life balance and I asked about this in the interview. The response did not give me much assurance that I would not be pressured into working nights/weekends. All that being said, the recruiter was extremely kind and easy to talk to. He even offered suggestions about NYC neighborhood. The interviewer and the everyone at the office was super nice. I just wasn't sure that the job/moving to NYC was the right move for me.

Question 1
Role play how you would great a client the first time on a call
I applied online. I interviewed at WITHIN in May 2023
Interview
Horrible process. Like the last two reviews, I had to take 3 tests, with the last being a complete waste of time. I did not even get an interview to see if *I* wanted to work there. I asked for feedback and did not receive a response. Horrible process for such an average company.
