It took a few months to hear back after applying, which was probably because they got so many applicants. I had to complete a 2,000 word assignment, then had a first round interview and never heard anything back.

Pretend the show planned for 2 days from now fell through. Give me a pitch for an hour long show including possible guests that we could put together in that short time frame.
