Interview with Lexington office manager followed by interview with section supervising attorney. An overview of benefits was provided and details of what the job was expected to entail. There was some light talk about the practice areas and interests outside of law. There was a brief background provided of the firm's foundation and expectations of what associate attorneys needed to perform.

Large panel interview in a conference room. 5 of 6 attorneys present, mostly partners, maybe 1 or 2 senior associates. Lasted about an hour. Fairly predictable questions relating to prior experience, work style, organizational skills, etc.
