The interview was pretty straight forward. A phone interview followed by a number of interviews in the office with with all levels of staff. The in person interview was somewhat casual.

Due to travel restrictions I had 2 digital interviews, the first one over the phone and the second one video chat. Seems to be the standard for them. Everyone who interviewed me was extremely friendly and it seemed like they genuinely just wanted to get to know me and know about my experience. They didn't ask me any of the tricky/standard interview questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses, describe a challenge and how you overcame it, etc
