Completed multiple Skype interviews with CEO and other official working for company. Felt the interviews were totally professional and normal. Was told I would hear back in the next week and never received a response. A little frustrating as I jumped through all the hoops and scheduled time off current job to interview both times. I had to request multiple references complete their lengthy paperwork (using their own time and efforts). After radio silence, I followed up with an email in regards to their decision, but never received a reply. The time and energy I invested in an interview and the company could not even send a rejection email was even more disappointing.
