telephone interview was just an informal chat with an HR associate - run of the mill questions such as can you tell me about a time where you've worked to meet a deadline etc. I was then invited to a face to face interview with an HR and production associate where there was much of the same questions asked, an understanding of the products I'd be working with was requires, gaskets, anti-tamper etc. I was telephoned that afternoon and asked to attend an interview with the people I'd be working with if I got the position. This interview was extremely informal, relaxed and felt as though you were just having a general chat with everyone - felt this was more of a test in personality - to see how you interacted and got on with people you had only just met.
I was telephoned by an HR associate a few days later with an offer for the position - the salary was above what I expected to receive in the position so no need to negotiate.
