Very Difficult. All virtual and little time to ask questions at the end. 2 hour process with a ten minute break in between. If they like you, they invite you into the plant to vibe check you and see if you can hang.

Initial 30 min technical phone screening followed by 2 hour long virtual interview consisting of mostly behavioral based interview questions where answers should draw upon previous experiences that are relevant to job role you're applying for. Meet with diffferent 2 groups (1 group/hr).

First was a brief phone screen with 1 individual (30 min or less). Next I had another brief phone screen with an individual from HR. Lengthy virtual interview (30 min or less). Lastly, I had a lengthy virtual interview (2 hours) meeting with different teams. Grateful to get the time to meet and chat with different groups but kind of a long time for interviewee.
