The interview was pretty simple and straight forward. They ask you for your availability and if you have any upcoming holidays. They also ask you some scenario based questions but they are very simple thankfully.

Question 1
There's a queue at the till and the floor is dirty. Which task are you going to do first?
Very friendly and informal! Mostly based on whether or not you'd be a 'people person' in customers' eyes, along with some basic common sense customer service questions, like how you prioritise, stay calm under pressure and deliver the 'Big Screen Service'
Casual, easy, and informal. Nothing difficult and the typical questions that you'd expect for a sales/ student role. Applied online, had a ten minute phone interview, and then a final fifteen minute in person interview where I was offered the job on the spot.
