I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vox.Bio in Oct 2023
Interview
Very smooth interview process where the HR was highly efficient and scheduled interviews well ahead of time. The interview itself was smooth and fostered communication. The organization was open to listen to novel ideas and encouraged conversation.

Question 1
How can you integrate behaviour science into our daily functioning?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vox.Bio (London, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
Following a quick chat with the recruiter, I had an initial interview with Associate Director who would be my line manager. He told me a bit about Vox.Bio and CHR, explained the role and expectations and I had a chance to ask questions. Then they sent through a task to complete and present for the next step. There were separate tasks for Quant and Qual research, and I got to choose the one that was more relevant for me. I presented my slides to 2 senior members of the team and there was a Q&A after for both them and me to ask any outstanding questions. I was then invited to the London office to meet the team, which was the best part of the process for me. They took me around the office, I had a chance to chat with some of the lovely team members and got to experience a little bit of what it would be like to join the team. Then they took the time to answer all of my questions (big and small). It was very informal, and felt more like a friendly chat than an interview. They called the next day to give me an offer and discuss details.
