Interview
On-line job application, recruiter discussion, telephone interview with hiring manager, on-site interview with two managers and two HR representatives. Extremely long and frustrating process. Constant follow up with recruiter on status. Applied for a few roles and the process was similar, and I know of a few other people who had the same experience. Lack of consideration for candidates and leave them hanging for long periods of time after interviews. Given tips to be energetic in interviews; however interviewers were very quiet and did not ask a lot of questions. Felt like it was just a check the box interview when another candidate was already in mind.

They did not ask any serious or difficult questions in interview. I was only asked about 4 questions total in an interview lasting 1 1/2 hours. HR person asked a few ?s.

Interview
Time between the interviewers was a bit drawn out (over a couple of weeks due to limited availability) otherwise straight forward. Met with regional colleagues and then senior leadership in regional head office and branch office.

Interview
The interview process was only 2 rounds. The First round was the Hiring manager interview on the phone then was brought in person for a panel interview with 3 directors.
