You should have good hands on programming and all the basic knowledge of any one programming and database language.you should have good communication skills.Interview process was long but company is overall very good and offering good package for freshers
First is online assessment after four to five months second is technical interview which is taken by AI interviewer and then managerial interview.It is a very long process which took months for get result.

First there was online assessment test which was based on technical background and aptitude after clearing the test that there will be 2 technical round and after clearing the technical rounds there will be one HR round
