Technical round - 20mins Fair enough questions. Answered all questions. Then manager round and the manager will decide whether to select you or not. I have got 9 rating out of 10 in technical, but in managerial round he asked me some personal questions and he was not satisfied with my answers and they have not informed me about the result. I tried contacting them many times via phone and email. Finally they replied to my mail saying you have not cleared the manager round. May be manager is having setting with some recruiters who will pay him for selection. Who will reject after getting 9/10 rating? Everything is in managers hand.
