Multiple Round Interview Process.
1. Phone Screen (20min)
2. Virtual Conversation (30 min)
3. Skills/Personality Assessment (1 hour)
4. Onsite Interview w. Panel (2 hours)
Even after an Onsite interview, which by all accounts went smoothly, I never received a call back to let me know that I didn't get the job. Followed up via email as to status of job, but no response. Disappointing to have wasted so much time to be ghosted in final stages.

Spent 3 rounds interviewing. Interview screen, followed by personality and ability assessment, followed by onsite interview. Onsite interview appeared to go smoothly - Interviewed with three different people and toured the offices. Was told they would get back to me by EOW.
Overall spent just about 5 hours interviewing and never heard back. No response to inquiries- just dead silence. Interview process was pretty standard for the position. But the lack of call back to simply say they went with a different candidate would have been appreciated.
