applied through college, first round is a 30 minutes phone interview with a head trader. asked me two behavior and two probability question, each contains two sub problems.

1. give you 50 white and 50 black balls, two box. allocate the balls in the box, pick one ball from one of the box, what is the highest and lowest probability of getting a white one?

Applied online through college site. Then had a phone interview which consisted of 2 30 minute phone interviews. The first interviewer was great but the second was not, he was very rude.
