I interviewed at VoiceAbility (Manchester, England)
Interview
It was casual and they were very welcoming. I was asked to read a scenario prior to the online meeting and then answer questions about what I would do in said scenario. It was quite straightforward.

Question 1
What would you do if you went to visit a client who was in severe distress after wrongfully being held in a mental health institution?
The interview process for the role was long and convoluted, with a lot of unnecessary tests and tasks which did not seem relevant to the role itself. This was rather off-putting and stressful and certainly a red flag if an organisation has such high entry barriers.

Question 1
The questions themselves were easy. It was the multiple tests that made the application process difficult.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at VoiceAbility (Bradford, Yorkshire and the Humber, England)
Interview
My interview was pleasant via Microsoft teams with 2 people within Voiceabilty, I found Ruth to be very positive and smiling throughout , which made me feel at ease and gives a good impression on the environment you may potentially be working within. Ruth also gave great feedback during the follow up call after my interview.
