Got call from Consultancy total 4 rounds were conducted , 2 telephonic Technical Interview , One VC (Technical), One HR telephonic, Totally Hiring Process went Up to 1 Month , & Finally after 15 Negotiation Got the Offer

it was one to one interview round, Interview questions they asked were quite difficult and the whole interview process was very interactive and smooth.Looking forward to join VF.1) Be confident and make sure you are audible. Talk as if you own the room and the game is in your pocket2) Stick with your point. Give plausible reasons for your stand and don't blabber random stuff3) If you feel the discussion is getting out of scope, try to bring stability to the group. Also try to resolve any arguments , as it might affect the entire group.4) "NEVER" speak when another person is talking. Respect other's viewpoints. But make sure that you get to speak.5)
