The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone in Feb 2024
Interview
They make you do a Zoom call with the franchise company as prescreening then got a phone call a few days later to book an interview in store where I sat down with a manager and assistant manager.
Didn't get back to me when repeatedly told and promised a certain day at the very latest and was actually told in the interview to turn down alternative job interview. Also jumped through hoops to get interview just to not be contacted afterwards. Took me emailing and phoning to receive a rejection email to say the role had been filled. Was expected to attend interview at short notice.

Applied on their website, heard back fairly quickly after this. Had to do an online interview which considered of a few general questions. This was followed up by an interview where I had to choose something to present and sell on, for example, a robot. Onboarding was straightforward and quick.
