The process started with a CV submission (they use robos to analyse the keywords), and was followed by an online interview. The interview is robotic, i.e. it's not live but it feels like it. You have 6 situational questions where you have 3 minutes to think about the answer and 1:30 minute to answer. Then if you pass you have 3 more personal interviews.
