I applied for the Consumer Graduate Scheme
First, they ask for a CV and cover letter in an online application form, and they ask basic questions i.e. if you can work in the UK, your work experiences, qualifications etc
The second stage is an online assessment which lasts 30 mins consisting of a video interview (HireVue) which has 5 questions, and 2 game-based assessments.
The online interview questions were recorded questions from some people at Vodafone and they asked:
1) Tell us how your experiences fit in the role and why did you choose this role
2) Tell us a time you worked together in a team and reached a positive outcome and tell us what you did to help.
3) Tell us a time you overcame a challenge
4) Tell us a time you adapted to a situation
5) Tell us a time where you noticed you were lacking in a skill and how you went about improving it
For the interview, you have 1 minute to prepare and then you have 3 mins to answer but you don't need to use all the time allocated.
Then you move on to the game assessments. The two games are Digitspin and Shapedance. They both last for about 2-3 mins.
Digitspin:
You have to memorise a sequence of numbers and letters. And then remember the sequence backwards. You might want to have a pen and paper on hand.
Shapedance:
You have to match the correct patterns in squares. The squares rotate and you can match more than 2 squares.

Depois da candidatura via online onde submeti o meu CV, fui contactado de modo a responder a várias questões via online, onde as mesmas se apresentavam em vídeo e de seguida tinha x segundos para me preparar e x segundos para responder à pergunta. Todo este processo tem que ser feito em Inglês.

Interview
There was an online assessment with video recording generalized interview. Then a 5 hour process of 3 stages including 1)providing a innovative action that Vodafone can take in order to improve the company on specific aspects (eg inclusion,environment), 2) 45min interview with HR and 3) provide technological ideas to improve the customer service experience.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Vodafone in Dec 2021
Interview
First, you submit your CV onto their platform. If they think you fit their role, you'll be selected for a video interview.
The video interview process is through HireView. It consists of a series of 5 situational questions and 2 gamified tests (memory and pattern selection).
After the video interview, you should get an automated email with an AI-generated overview of your performance (your strengths, weaknesses and so on).
Unfortunately, I didn't get to the in-person assessment.
