First I was contacted by the company. Then they sent me an email to perform some online assessments regarding logic and situational judgment. Next in line came a digital interview with several questions regarding past experiences.

Probably the most sad interview i have ever taken in my life. I applied online in vodafone at first week of November.An HR trainee called me ( which after 1 month i understood that she was the only person that could do the job there and the only logical one ) and helped me with everything that i needed . After that i've completed some assessments ( numerical test + a part of a rest API) they called me to their assessment center for 1 on 1 technical interview and 1 on 1 with HR interview First we did a group assessment with 2 more candidates which was pretty fun. The technical interview lasted 30-40 minutes and the developer was a pretty cool guy and was really enjoyable And then hell starts with the lady from the HR department. Completely awkward person with 0 charisma . She was asking generic questions she didnt allow me to ask questions when i tried to ask one question she told me that she is not the one being interviewed there I finished talking with her about 1 hour and 30 min later. She told me that by the end of the week there will be an answer. First week goes by no answer.I call in their HQ to ask them how i can contact her or if she can contact me. She was on a meeting they told me to call later. I call later and they tell me that they informed her and that she will call me this week. 2nd Week goes by still no answer. I call again in third week same answers again she will call me still no answer 3rd week goes by i call the HQ again and the lady that i spoke with her at the phone told me that from the HQ cant contact her and they are not allowed to do so. After that i ask from vodafone live chat , vodafone customer care to give me an email of HR department and the complaints department 4 different ladies sent me from one person to the other person and in the end they didnt give me those 2 emails instead they told me to write a LETTER in order to contact those 2 departments and that i would have my answer back in 20 days... Today ( finally ) the awkward lady from the HR called me .She didnt let me talk again she was trying to explain to me why i couldnt be part of vodafone while i was trying to explain to her that i found a job again she wouldnt let me talk after that and tell her about the bad experience that i had with vodafone and their process.When i asked why there are many logical fallacies by your employees she told me that she wont answer me that and she started telling me that i should listen to the feedback I tried to tell her look i dont care if its negative or positive its impossible to work with you or be your customer but i couldnt tell her that because she wouldnt stop talking about the feedback after 2-3 minutes of her monologue i told her i dont care about feedback if its negative give me the answers i want she totally ignored me and kept giving me feedback. 0 questions answered , 0 good manners ,too many logical fallacies between our first interview and the phone call i ended up for like the first time in my life hanging up the phone to someone showing complete bad manners but its just impossible to speak with robots when u are a person. I should have probably kept talking with the HR trainee she was the only one that could do the job
