The interview mostly revolved around how well you can communicate in English. Nit much technical stuff asked.
It consisted of 7 rounds.
Day 1:
1) Aptitude test: I had gone totally unprepared but ended up clearing it. Super easy. (PS- I have given many aptitude tests earlier so had some practice). Questions included time and work, simple english questions, series etc.
2) Group Discussion: Groups of 8 people were made. My group had "Books are a mans best friend- how relevant is this saying in todays technologically advanced era" as a topic for discussion.
Above two rounds are mass elimination rounds. Average 2 -3 people were selected from groups of 8 in GD.
We were asked to come for further rounds after 2 weeks.
Day 2:
3) GD: Yes that's correct. A second group discussion. This time, groups of 7 were made from the previously selected candidates. Mu group had "Bullet trains are a luxury in India" as a topic. People were further eliminated in this round. Make clear points. Everyone has a chance to speak. Bring new points to te discussion.
4) PI: This was more of a HR-manegerial round. Just basic questions, project questions, interest etc was asked. Basically, English fluency was checked.
5) Essay writing: One topic given. 500 words to be written. My topic was "Knowledge and skills"
6) Presentation: A topic is given. You have to draft a plan and give a presentation accordingly. A huge chart is to be made. My topic was "Plan a trip of 100 people to Europe". Cross questioning will happen. Prepare for such questions.
After these 4 rounds on the second day of interviews, a total of 3 candidates were shortlisted for a final HR round.
