1 telephone interview 1 face-to-face interview - very relaxed and informal. The focus was more on getting to know you as a person rather than just assessing skills/competencies. There was one accuracy test (checking all the details were correct on an invoice) during the interview which was easy enough. After the interview, I was shown around the office so I could see what working there would be like etc.
