Phone-screen and then on-campus interview. Taking the elevator up to the 50th floor was pretty impressive. The on-campus interview meant spending time talking with the CEO and with several seasoned programmers as their time was available (sometimes in groups sometimes 1:1). Everyone was very respectful and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. At times I felt like the process was a little half-baked but... that just reminded me this was a bonafide startup! And that they covered all the important bases anyway.
