Few people were waiting in the lobby. We were interviewed in a small group by one person. We all introduced ourselves and he proceeded to ask us questions about our experiences, strengths, etc.
The process was really informal, and my interviewer showed up 10 minutes late with little notice. Could tell this company didn’t respect my time. Just asked about my interest and to gauge if the role was fit for me. It’s most definitely a mlm.

The interview was very standard. A series of questions about myself and how I heard of the company, etc. We discussed what the job would entail of and that he would contact me if I was a good fit.
