I interview downtown Cleveland at their office. They asked me to a trial week. This was my first interview after college graduation. I jumped through all their hoops, worked my butt off all week, making the long commute and essentially working on the team. They made an offer – it was as low as low could be. I made more in my student positions on campus. Unreceptive to counteroffer so I declined and they refused to pay me for my time and work. Shameful. Never had an experience as bad ever since (thank god)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical interview questions, nothing that stood out. They did try to use granola bars and snacks as a selling point which was a red flag. (Then lowball offer came)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at VividFront (Cleveland, OH) in Jul 2017
Interview
it was great, the people reached out and the interview process was most likely the easiest I have done and probably will ever do. They were super nice and only had me do one interview and not like 2000.
