I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Viva Talent in Jun 2026
Interview
I had a great experience while doing the interviews. The staff who interviewed me were very nice and supportive throughout the process. I was very nervous, but they managed to make the interview feel pleasant and more like a conversation.

I applied online. I interviewed at Viva Talent (Cali, Valle del Cauca) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview process typically begins with an initial screening to discuss the candidate's background, experience, and interest in the role. This is often followed by one or more interviews focused on skills, work style, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. Depending on the position, candidates may also complete assessments or practical exercises. The final stage usually involves meeting key stakeholders or hiring managers before a hiring decision is made.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Viva Talent in May 2026
Interview
The process started with submitting my CV, followed by a typing test and an audio recording. A few days later, I was invited to a "Café con Viva" group interview with a recruiter and two other candidates. I actually liked the unique format and the relaxed atmosphere, but it did feel a little rushed. In my opinion, the interview was an interrogatory about how much did I know about the company instead of how can my experience and skills contribute to the position. It can be a bit awkward to interview right next to your competition because it felt like we each only had a tiny window to answer. I got rejected, however, I appreciated the constructive and personalized feedback.
