Interview
There were few steps during the interview sessions. First, I've received a call from one of their HR and answered questions like why I want to relocate in Dublin, if I know who they are and what they're doing, family stuff etc. Next, I had a skype audio call with one of their team managers, who briefly asked me general development questions like what technologies I was using and why, trying probably to see if my CV match my current knowledge and experience. Next, they've sent me a small test to do with no time constrain and send my answer back by email (they were asking about creating a fully functional small web page as in a screenshot they've sent to me, using my preferred technology, it was bot back and front end). After I've sent back my answer few days after, I was called by one of their senior developers by skype and answered general programming questions (C#, SQL, OOP, Agile, Continuous integration etc). In the end, I've spoken with one of their other managers, who just wanted to hear few things about myself.
