HR Coordinator within a week of me submitting my application. Next, I had an in-person interview with the Business Development Manager and a member of the executive team. The meeting was easy-going and informative. The next week I shadowed someone for the team. After shadowing I didn't hear anything else from the company. I followed-up a couple of times with the HR Coordinator and received no response. I assumed they found another candidate or they weren't interested in me anymore.
