Vital Strategies interview questions

The interview was online on Teams. The interviewer asked standard questions (e.g. Introduction of self, experience, and many questions about stakeholder engagement). At the end of the interview, I was able to ask questions about the role and organization at the end.

The process is straight forward and being clear. They first will contact you and make sure you know which position you are applying. Second, they will schedule an interview with you. After that, you will be asked to complete an assessment test. The recruiter always keep you updated during the process! They are very nice and enthusiastic.
