Responded to position of Custom Success Manager late in the evening, rejected first thing in the morning (as early as can be so probably as soon as saw application). Vacancy says respond even if not 100% match. I overqualified on most points and the two points where I had less experience in were not critical yet I get rejected immediately after 'careful consideration by hiring manager and/or HR team' - when challenging this and asking for the reason of rejection or if hard criteria are used I got no response at all ever since (they didn't have trouble being fast before), which makes me feel I'm right or the position isn't available in the first place.. Recommendation don't take the effort if you don't want to be auto-rejected

Even though I was succesfull at the all steps of the interview process, when I get to the job offer stage, they said that the decision making is on hold. I told them "okay, I am waiting" and asked for the approximate the timeframe. Firstly, they said they will return in a week. After 2 weeks, they said that "it will be decided latest by the end of today" (I asked them because there were no updates at all from them) and after a week, they asked me whether I am still interested or not. I said "I am interested" (still) so they told me again that "the decision making is still on hold" and "we will let you know in a week". Finally, they returned after a week as but they said "we are moving with the other candidates". Overall, they are not transparent as they said. In the last interview they clearly implied that I was qualified for the role. They even requested my references after all interview steps ( which is the last ask before the job offer as they said). They did not even call my references. 1 job, 5steps take 3.5 months...you complete all steps, then when you are expecting job offer, however, they tell you decision making is on hold to but in the backround they are moving forward with other candidates. For the people who are reading this, I suggest that you dont waste your time for such an amateur, uprofessional and disppointing process.
