      Customer Service Representative Interview

      22 Aug 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Richardson, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Visual Matrix (Richardson, TX) in Aug 2017

      Interview

I got called for an interview, My first interview was with a Lady who was really nice. She explained the position which is basically answering calls from hotel staff that have issues with this companys product which is visual matrix. During the interview she explained to me how the current staff was their ideal staff and had a lot of issues, she also explained how unorganized the company was and that she was brought in to change things around. I had hotel experience from years ago which she said was fine but not required as in the current staff basically had none at all. Overall the FIRST interview went great. I was called to come back for a second interview with a guy from management. Now idk exactly what his role was...but God was he awful. The whole interview was condescending and made it his mission to keep telling me how hard it was to learn their system and im like "sir im not stupid" i didnt say that but from the flow of his conversation I felt like thats what he thought of me. The second interviewer was a weirdo and unprofessional. The place itself was small and based on the employee reviews, this doesn't seem like a great company to work for anyway.
