The interview process was very pleasant and nice. The first interview was to get better acquainted. The second interview was to talk about technical experience. There was no coding exercise or homework of any kind except for a personality and reasoning test. I also talked with a manager about the possibilities within Visma. They are very helpful in discussing the terms of your employment such as salary.

Very friendly and relaxed. First part "technical" with an IT consultant. We talked about my CV, what I've done, how what I've done and learned relates to being a consultant and in the end I had to analyse a piece of java code. Second part "getting to know you" with the HR responsible. Usual strengths, weaknesses, and teamwork related questions, however all phrased in a way that I couldn't just say my prepared answers but had to think a moment to fit the answer to the question. (See interview question below. That was the "weaknesses" question.) The separation of the interview in two parts is a bit awkward as you don't know whom you should ask which of the questions about the company that you prepared. I endend up forgetting to ask some. I did not get an offer, asked for an explanation and got a very nice email.
