The interview process was easy and didn't involve a technical whiteboarding style interview. There was a phone screen, an interview with the CTO and then 3 rounds in person with various members of the team and they included questions about background experience and motivation for joining the company. The recruiter ghosted me with no rejection and kept leading me on even after the final rounds.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Viskase (Loudon, TN) in Apr 2020
Interview
It was not a very stressful interview. There was 1 on 1 with the HR guy and head engineer. Then plant tour with predecessor describing the process in depth. I left feeling confident and optimistic.
