I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Visionist, Inc. (Columbia, MD)
Interview
The interview was a team of engineers, the President, Vice-President and HR. It was more conversational than interrogation. It was obvious they all like each other and made jokes. They did ask technical questions. I enjoyed the interview and would like to join the team.

Question 1
What part of programming do you find most challenging?
Asked me questions about my resume. They gave me a tour of the office, and had a conversation about the projects they were working on. Overall, it was pretty chill and I like how they operate.
Met with four engineers and a VP in a roundtable-style interview. There was a mix of technical and general questions. The technical questions were broad and I didn't feel pressured. There was no coding exercise.
