Visionet Systems Senior Developer interview questions

Screening process in 3 stage: 1 - HR/Recruiter to get to know you 2 and 3 technical interviews lead by technical leads. No coding challenges but really in depth questions

I got call from Visionet and Scheduled interview. Had one round of interview. Next day I received mail from one of their hiring team that I have cleared the interview and to release offer submit the required documents. So I shared the document and informed them, the person told me, HR will contact me for further discussion but I didn't received call for next 8 days. Then I contacted the hiring team person and asked about update, then he was also shocked that HR didn't contacted yet, he told me he will inform her in case she forgot to give a call. Then After 3-4 days I received call from HR for salary discussion and after discussion she told me she will check and get back to me. But did not received call for next 10 days, so I contacted hiring team person and he was saying, he had call with HR and she contacted me but I didn't pick up her call. But she never contacted me again. Then the person asked me to wait for two more days and he will check for update and will share with me. But still did not get any call from them, its been now over a month they are releasing the offer. Hery rude, liar and Pathetic HR. They don't respect employees. If we are getting such ignored behaviour before we join the organization then we can imagine how pathetic the work culture will be. Totally waste of time.
