Interview
We started with about two different phone interviews in which their internal recruiter, Courtney, was very inviting and friendly. It was kept professional mostly about my skills and desires in a career and then we spent some time reviewing some basics about Visionaire Partners to decide if I would like to pursue the role further. I had two in person interviews where I met Courtney, their three partners, and a senior technical recruiter at the company. They were very inviting, professional, and honest.

Interview
Initial interview was more of a casual conversation than a "grill you" type interview with an initial, brief tour of the conference room and bull-pin area, followed up with a casual conversation with the manager of IT recruiting who is one of the founding partners as well, very refreshing to have the owners/partners that close to the daily process and routines
