Vision6 interview questions

Brief chat on the phone then invited for an in-person interview with 2 to3 people in the room. Was also given a take-home task which I presented to the panel.

Waste of time, manager was tire kicking. Here are some classic quotes from the interview: “I don’t care who I really get for this role” “Interviewed a guy with a couple of years experience” I asked how the role came about to which I got a very interesting physical response of looking around the room and losing eye contact. So I did what anyone (I hope) would do and start probing. The manager was clearly unprepared for this and disclosed how he terminated the last employee and disclosed the circumstances. I didn't get an offer and to be honest, wouldn't have taken it anyway.
