Easy and structural. Make sure you have your strengths to show, where you do well and be honest where you booed improvement. These guys have the tools to help you and drive you to succeed.
A back ground of optometry is not needed but a strong outlook of KPI’s will get you far
No competency based questions, they treat you the same no matter what level you are

Interview
Fairly relaxed interview with the outgoing store manager and area manager. They put me very much at ease and it was an enjoyable interview. It lasted around 40 minutes . I received an email a few days after saying that whilst I had been unsuccessful on this occasion to please keep an eye out for any other roles arising within their business.
