Interview with various Department Heads all asking various questions, took approximately an hour for the panel interview. 2nd interview was with two executives and the CEO, CEO did more talking than asking questions.

It was like an audition. You were in a room with a lot of other people. You were asked different questions, and then released. They would make a decision and call certain people back into the room. The process was long and took all day.
