Had an initial screening with a recruiter then had an interview with a manager - went on to the next round which was 3 smaller interviews. I was interviewed by the manager again in a quick case study, one of the leads on the team to see if I was a fit and someone on the data analytics team for an excel test. Probably easy for someone familiar with the space - felt like there were small things i had forgotten since working in a different industry but felt the interview was fair based on the JD. Visa was great though, interviewers were kind and also provided feedback (very rare for companies nowadays). Would definitely consider other positions based on my experience.

3 rounds, 1 behavior, 1 technical and 1 case study. Friendly and supportive interviewer. However, the process takes too long - 3 months for all round, HR is not responsive. Compensation is average, not very attractive
