Lots of motivational questions required with application. Really need to get specific with the company values and your motivations as I think that's the most important thing which I did not stress enough.

Have only done the online assessment so far. This has an SJT and then interview questions like ‘What do you know about Visa?’ and basically just behavioural questions. Other questions were like ‘Why do want to work for this department?’

Zoom behavioral first round into a one singular case final round. The case itself did not have a direct tie to payment services and was just a traditional market entry case that was simple. Was shown too exhibits to analyze.
3 step process:
Initial screening: Resume review and basic qualifications assessment.
Video interview: Assess communication skills and preliminary fit.
Technical assessment: Evaluate specific skills.
HR interviews: Meet team, culture fit, and deeper discussions.
