First interview was with hiring manager's supervisor. That was primarily meant to test communication skills. It was focussed on behavioral questions. Next interview was with hiring manager's peer. With behavioral questions. These were 45 minutes each back to back. Once they gave an approval, there wasa final 1-hour long interview with the hiring manager. They made a decision in a week.

Frustrating interview process, Totally 4 rounds. The interview process started by mid of August 2022. HR contacted to schedule for interview with the first panel which seems a Technical round. This was rescheduled thrice and then was told i have two panelists who will be joining to interview so they can reduce the number of interviews. Finally only one of the panelist joined and the second interview was scheduled next week with the other panel. Each interview went for an hour.The interview reschedules are also notified to me just 10mins before the interview by the HR, Clearly they dont value time of the interviewee. The third round was by panels from different locations which went for around 45 mins. The fourth was with Hiring manager which went for an hour.The results didnt come through even now, but decided not to proceed with this company anymore and not to followup with HR. Overall worst experience.

Applied online and was contacted by recruiter within a week - she was prompt to setup interview with hiring manager. It was about my experience and expectations. Total silence for two weeks after that. Followed up two times then recruiter informed that I have moved to panel interviews and was passed to another recruiter. It took 3 weeks to setup panel interview- 4 30 mins back to back interviews. But thankfully rejection came very quick - 3rd day after the interviews.
