I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. in Feb 2018
Interview
I was referred so got a call in 12 days. They sent 11 questions before the interview to solve, and 2 people interviews on call. Didn't receive an offer. Didn't perform well on the interview, so wasn't that surprised. Got asked multiple technical and non-technical questions about career goals. Spent a lot of time asking questions based on my resume.
Submitted job application and few days receive an email saying no longer looking to fill that position. Then they post another job listing for the same role. Wasn't even given an interview and auto-rejected.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Austin, TX) in Apr 2023
Interview
It was two interviews back to back, one was one on one, and the other was me with 2 hiring partners. It was mainly a behavioral and HR interview, very few tech questions were asked.
