To begin with, the HR messaged me on WhatsApp, to schedule an interview. On the day of interview, about 1/2 an hour before my interview slot I was told the panel was not available and would shift the meeting by half an hour. I was okay with it, but little did i know the HR was telling me the SGT and I received a meeting invite for almost 3 and half an hour later of the time scheduled. Agreed on that time and joined the meeting invite on time. The HR joined and said lets wait for the panel to join. The interviewer joined about 10 mins after the scheduled time. The HR dropped off immediately after the interviewer joined. The interviewer had not gone through my resume prior to the meeting and he told me that himself saying you go ahead introduce yourselves while i look at your resume. He seemed to had no interest in my intro and just came up straight at some data warehousing conceptual questions. It seemed like he was in a hurry to finish the interview and he literally did. He almost ended the call and he just addressed seeming very disinterested to take any questions from me, and just took them for formality sake. It was the most disappointing interview experience i have ever had. The HR or the interview panel were not very warm and professional at all. I didn’t even receive any correspondence in terms of any update on my candidature. Very poor people culture. If there was a little chance also for them to extend me the offer, i wouldn’t have taken the offer at all. In my opinion it is very important to have a hospitable work environment where people communicate effectively and empathise with each other. The interview process gave me a reflection of what I would never look forward to be my workplace.

I interviewed at virtusa, first round was AI round, then L1 interview they scheduled , asked some scenarios based questions. but they havent reached at me for next level. Interviewer asked me about the SQL and Pyspark
