There was no official interview before offer, all that was required was a submitted application and letter of interest. To my knowledge, a response on whether or not you were selected as an intern will arrive shortly before the internship is scheduled to begin.

Very easy, there was a scheduled interview and about a week of waiting before I got the conditional offer letter. I then accepted after reviewing the qualifications and time commitment

Easy, straightforward, no difficult questions. The interview lasted around 20 minutes. I didn’t get the initial project I applied for, but about a month later a recruiter reached out to me and I received a VSFS project.
