Interview
I applied for the position online in between semesters and then I was contacted for an interview. This was a regular behavioral interview. They asked if you've tutored before and why you want to. Then they asked for your availability.
The interview was about 30 minutes. I had a conversation with one of the managers and a current tutor. They asked a combination of questions surrounding my academic experience and how I would handle certain situations. However, I was frustrated because I did not receive an offer until the next semester and had very limited communication around the hiring process.

You apply online and then you do a 20 to 30 minute interview about the role. After that you hear back pretty quickly about whether or not you got the job.
